At the core of the great commission— to go and make disciples—are followers dedicated to leading, teaching and serving. Adults at CRBC, who are committed to serving as an extension of Christ, are the catalysts for spiritual growth in the lives of our community from birth to “seasoned” adult.
The changing dynamics of today’s family necessitate a fresh ministry perspective and approach. Marriages today face pressures not experienced in any other generation. Blended families are more prevalent today than ever before. Parenting challenges seem overwhelming at times, and financial stresses can strain relationships at every level. The goal of our ministry is present the truth of God's Word to these contemporary pressures.
At The Road, we “cross the center line” in our Men’s, Women’s and Mature Adult ministries, as well as our Discipleship and Small Groups. We foster and promote fellowship, the study of God’s Word, and relationship building. Our intention is not to press participants into our ministry mold, but to meet them, walk with them, and grow with them so that they are equipped to make personal application and serve as change agents in their relationships at home, work and in the community.
